Commerce is appropriated $53,090,000 for grants and loans to affordable multifamily projects within Commerce's Housing Trust Fund Portfolio. Grants and loans may be for projects that include: benchmarking, technical assistance, energy management, renewable energy, energy efficiency upgrades, greenhouse gas emission reductions, high-efficiency electric equipment and appliances, and other decarbonization investments.
