NATURAL RESOURCE WORKER 1 - WPEA
Definition
Under close supervision and as a member of an organized crew, performs unskilled forest, agricultural, and/or aquatic land management labor.
Typical Work
Performs labor as a member of a tree planting, pre-commercial thinning, recreation construction and/or maintenance, brush disposal, or similar forest, agricultural or aquatic land management labor crew;
Is a crewmember of a crew performing several such activities;
Operates and maintains small power tools such as pumps, power saws, augers, grinders, drills, etc.; uses and maintains hand tools; drives pickups, small vans and automobiles;
Maintains lawns, gardens, buildings, storage areas, and similar facilities as directed;
Performs other work as required.
OR
Is a crewmember of a crew performing several such activities;
