Assigns, instructs and checks the work of employees regularly;

Inspects, services and maintains equipment;

Monitors safety practices;

Maintains work schedules; records time spent on each job;

Performs the work of Window Washer;

Performs related duties as required.

There may be instances where individual positions must have additional licenses or certification. It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the appropriate licenses/certifications are obtained for each position.

Persons legally authorized to work in the U.S. under federal law, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients, are eligible for employment unless prohibited by other state or federal law.

One year of window washing, custodial or general maintenance experience; physical ability to work on building exteriors above ground level.

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
