The Agency Readiness Team (ART) is a specialized unit within the OneWA program, designed to facilitate a seamless transition for state agencies to the Workday platform. As the cornerstone of the program's strategy for ensuring agency readiness, ART embodies a multidisciplinary approach, leveraging organizational change management (OCM) expertise to address all facets of readiness across six dimensions: Change Readiness, Business Readiness, Technical Readiness, Data Readiness, Resource Readiness, and Operations Readiness. ART's mission is to empower agencies, enabling them to fully leverage the benefits of Workday through tailored support, guidance, and problem-solving.
