Funding is provided to construct a new 31,864-gross-square-foot Innovation and Technology Learning Center. The center will house five different, unique STEM-focused computer-based lab spaces including a Maker Space, multiple modern, flexible classrooms, office space and a variety of informal collaborative spaces. The center will co-locate shared-use active learning classrooms, hands-on labs, and student study space that will provide contemporary, high-tech learning environments for a wide range of the college’s STEM programs with tutoring and support services for K-12, veterans and military service students.
