Navigation

Select a report folder on the left; the reports contained in that folder will be displayed on the right. Double click the report you wish to schedule.

Right-click on the report name and choose “History” to view your specific report instances.

Locate the scroll bar to the right of the parameter dialog and scroll down to view all parameters available.

Hint: You can increase the size of the parameter dialog box by click and dragging the lower right hand corner to the size you need. This resizing will be retained until you close the Portal.

Pick lists in the reporting portal are not pre-populated with values. To load the values for a pick list, click on the phrase, “Click to load list.”

You can either scroll using the scroll bar, roller mouse, or you can use the page navigation buttons located in the viewer toolbar.

If you click to load the fiscal year (FY) or fiscal month (FM) pick list for these reports, the appropriate FY Begin and/or End FM value(s) will be dynamically loaded based on the fiscal year you are in.

Examples:

  • If you click on the FY pick list during July 2012 through December 2013, the value will be “FY2” (FY 13) for Biennium 2011-2013.
  • If you click on the FY pick list during January 2014 through December 2014, the value will be “FY1” (FY 14) for Biennium 2013-2015.
  • If you click on the Begin and End FM pick lists during July 2012 through December 2013, the Begin FM value will be “13 -Jul FY2” and the End FM will be “24A-Adj FY2.”
  • If you click on the Begin and End FM pick lists during January 2014 through December 2014, the Begin FM value will be “01 -Jul FY1” and the End FM will be “12A-Adj FY1.”

For some reports, there is only a FM pick list. In this case, the FM value will be “-Current.”
Note:For the first six months of the fiscal year or biennium, the FY and FM values are populated for the previous fiscal year as we are working on completing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report/fiscal year-end process.
The reports in the following folders are affected:

  • Financial Reports/Accounting (all sub folders within this folder)
  • Financial Reports/Administering Agency
  • Financial Reports/Financial Statements (all sub folders within this folder)

If you are using multiple values in a parameter, make sure the typed values are separated by a comma.  The use of semi-colons will result in the "Schedule" button being inactive.
