We are Latinos and allies working to build, connect, and inspire our peers and those seeking to join public service. We are driven to prepare outstanding Latino leaders and a qualified workforce that will serve our state today and tomorrow.

BRG annual reports

Business Resource Groups must create an annual report. At a minimum, reports should meet the following guidelines:

This policy is meant to provide guidance to state agencies on how to support and manage employee participation in statewide, OFM State HR sanctioned business resource groups.

Our goal is to build a strategic, competitive, and high-performing workforce by (1) fostering inclusive and respectful work environments; (2) providing leadership, expertise, and tools; and (3) convening collaborative workgroups.
