LLN’s monthly general membership meeting will feature a presentation by Larry Delgado, DEI Development Manager for the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. Delgado will discuss A Culture of Engagement: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, which will become a required training for state employees. This training is designed to provide participants an understanding of DEI concepts, behaviors, and actionable steps towards culture change.

In addition to networking opportunities, the meeting will include report-outs from committee chairs as they develop activities to highlight the 2021 Hispanic Heritage Month.
