The 2023 Washington State Employee DEI Empowerment Conference kicks off on Wednesday, June 7, and you're invited. 

The event includes 16 virtual sessions spread over every Wednesday in June (7, 14, 21 and 28) and is open to all employees of Washington state agencies, boards and commissions. Attendance is free.

The conference is an opportunity to learn more about the lived experiences and challenges of Washingtonians that we often don't reach or hear from. The topics presented are intended to help state employees gain knowledge and skills to better meet our customer needs, and understand our coworkers. 

You can register to join the sessions individually, or feel free to join or organize a watch event with your coworkers in person.
