This is an interactive training experience provided by Rainbow Alliance and Inclusion Network (RAIN) Business Resource Group members. The intended audience are employees with an interest of understanding more about why correct pronoun usage is so important. Through active participation in this training, learners will: recognize the importance of pronouns; understand what to do when mistakes happen; and apply current inclusive practices around pronouns.

This training is also offered as a component of the training “Supporting Transgender and Nonbinary Customers”. If you are in a customer service role, we highly recommend taking that training.
