In an effort to provide more timely communication, Statewide Accounting is excited to announce a new format for our newsletter, News from Statewide Accounting.

Statewide Accounting has been providing information to agencies via The Connection Newsletter for many, many years. Times have changed, and it’s time for our beloved newsletter to change as well.

Our newsletters include articles about upcoming changes to accounting standards, fiscal year-end close reminders, federal updates, new accounting resources, policy changes, and much more.  Don’t worry, none of that will change!

We will continue to provide all the same information, but instead of waiting for a quarterly release of The Connection, we will share the articles more frequently.

News articles will be posted on our Accounting News website, and a summary email for anything posted that week will be sent to individuals subscribed to the OFM Accounting Communications GovDelivery topic.
