New Workday Statewide Customer Registration form
In Workday the Statewide Customers are managed centrally, so all agencies using the Customer Account module in Workday will be using the same Workday Customers.
The draft Customer Registration/Change form including instructions is now available for review. This form will be used when Workday goes live to request a new customer or to request changes to existing customers. Until then, agencies will continue to work with OneWA to update the customers in the Workday tenants.
Like Statewide Suppliers, the setup and maintenance of Workday Customers will be done by the OFM Statewide Registration Desk.
Agencies will be responsible for filling out this form and submitting it to the OFM Statewide Registration Desk. Before submitting a request to the Registration Desk, the agency should check if the customer already exists. This can be done using the “View Customer Report” in Workday.
We recommend the fiscal staff responsible for managing the agencies’ Accounts Receivable customers today review the form and instructions. The Statewide Customer Registration only applies to agencies approved to use the Workday Customer Account module (DES, DFW, DOC, OFM, SPI, SEC, WSP, and WTS).
