Background: During this Lunch and Learn session we will discuss Governor’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) directive and how to simply capture DEI data through the Online Hiring Center (OHC) feature in NEOGOV.   We will learn how to effectively navigate through the basic OHC operations in a typical hiring process.   Facilitators:   Patrick and his wife have been married for more than 30 years and have two sons. He is a 20-year Army veteran and currently a State Staffing Consultant with the Department of Revenue. He prides himself on being an innovative and motivating individual focused on connecting talent with opportunity, highlighting education, preparation, and accomplishment. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and 15 plus years’ experience in talent acquisition. He is a proud member of the Washington State Talent Management Council, Veteran Employment Resource Group and Chairs the Department of Revenue’s Veteran Employment Team. He enjoys instructing his agency’s CPR class and the “How to Get hired by the State” class for transitioning veterans. His passion for coaching, mentoring and sports has given him the ability and insight to build business through employing the best talent.
