The dashboard provides the latest Employee Engagement Survey results, analysis, and trends by:

Employee Exit Survey
The State Employee Exit Survey provides information on why employees are leaving. Agencies and some higher education institutions use this information to identify employment trends and potential red flags in order to strengthen recruitment and retention. This dashboard is continuously updated and includes:

• What is their outgoing satisfaction levels?
